Company Quality Assurance Policy
PT.Grama Bazita specializes in Engineering,
Procurement, Construction & Maintenance Services to the process
industry & commercial building establishments.
PT.Grama
Bazita accepts that quality is a management decision and the prime
responsibility of each and every employee of the team, not just the
responsibility of the Quality Assurance of Quality Control
Departments.
Quality is not a feature that can be inspected
into a product or service, but must be designed for and built into
each item that we supply and install.
Our Quality Manual and
the procedures outline how PT.Grama Bazita ensure that customer and
statutory requirements are recognized and that consistent and
uniform control of these requirements are adequately
maintained.
It is the responsibility of the Quality Assurance
Manager to maintain this manual, to control the procedures and to
report the achievement of quality goals to the Managing Director. To
this end, the Quality Assurance Manager is authorized to implement
and maintain a quality system throughout PT.Grama Bazita as required
for the overall conduct of our activities.
In order to
achieve this objective it is the policy of PT.Grama Bazita to
establish and maintain an effective and efficient coordinated
program of defect prevention and quality improvement, planned and
developed in conjunction with all other management
functions.
All employees are reminded that quality is our
business, and everyone's responsibility.
The PT.Grama
Bazita Quality System is based on the requirements of
AS3901/ISO9001, and equivalent International Quality Standards. |
